Spring = engagement sessions!! To get back in the swing of things, I’m throwing it back to Casey and Nate’s engagement last fall. They are getting married this June in Lancaster at the Cork Factory Hotel. Believe me folks, June will be here before we know it!

Another week full of #adulting has come and gone, and here’s how it all went down!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting with Alexandra Kent for a mentoring session. Folks, this girl is going places!! I started mentoring sessions because I truly believe in following your passions in life. And let me tell you, Alex is eager to enhance and expand her photography career.  She’s a bubbly, super sweet photographer serving the Annapolis area. She loves Annapolis mainly for the nautical vibe (don’t we all?!). Alex knew there can be challenges transitioning from portrait to wedding photography so we met at a coffee shop and got down to business!

Couples that DIY together stay together, right? I love that Jerrett & McKinsey worked TOGETHER to prepare all the details for their wedding day. Love was literally flowing from all the elements of their wedding. The 3 sweetest details at their wedding were…

It hit me yesterday evening. I knew it was coming up but hadn’t gone back to check the exact date. Yesterday was the anniversary of me leaving my day job to go all in and pursue a photography career! It’s been quite a journey and today I’ll show you what that time looked like for me.

Good morning again, friends! Today is the first day of spring and I’d be lying if I told you I didn’t wake up this morning feeling renewed and refreshed. Spring means a lot of things to a lot of people, but to me it means one thing today. FREE RITA’S ITALIAN ICE. I’m a mango ice girl, myself. Brody is a fan of cherry and I’m not sure what flavor Chris will go for this time. If there’s one thing better than Rita’s, it’s Rita’s you don’t have to pay for.  I love that they do this every year!

Wedding planners will help you avoid all sorts of anxieties you might feel while planning the most important day of your life (as long as you LET them help you!).

Monday has come around yet again, friends! I think someone is speeding up time. In fact, I’m sure of it. So whoever you are, please stop it! 😉 Have you ever been in one of those seasons of life where you feel like you just can’t catch a break? I’m there now, but I’m thinking there’s a light at the end of the tunnel coming soon!
