Good morning again, friends! Today is the first day of spring and I’d be lying if I told you I didn’t wake up this morning feeling renewed and refreshed. Spring means a lot of things to a lot of people, but to me it means one thing today. FREE RITA’S ITALIAN ICE. I’m a mango ice girl, myself. Brody is a fan of cherry and I’m not sure what flavor Chris will go for this time. If there’s one thing better than Rita’s, it’s Rita’s you don’t have to pay for.  I love that they do this every year!

We started our seeds for our vegetable garden this weekend! I am looking forward to being able to just go outside and see what’s for dinner. Last year we had a bit of a tomato jungle but hopefully with a little more planning and forethought that won’t happen again this year.

The snow last week was such a mess! I’m glad we only ended up getting about half of what they forecasted. It was heavy and icy and all-around unpleasant. But… I was able to break out and shoot an engagement session Tuesday! The weather let up just enough for me to head to Prince George’s County and shoot with cherry blossoms and snowflakes all in the same frame. Weird, huh? It was fun, freezing, and something I won’t forget for a long time!

Chris and I spent one of our snow days reorganizing the kitchen cabinets. #marriedlife. We found a bottle of champagne leftover from our wedding! Score. But I don’t know where to find anything I’m looking for anymore. Fail. I’ll get used to it! WE actually consolidated and eliminated a bunch of stuff so we have a few empty shelves which is excellent.

I am currently loving the Andy Grammer Pandora station. I treated myself to the upgraded version so no more commercials! It’s the little things in life, I tell ya! I was a huge fan of the Uptown Funk for a long time, and I still am, but it’s nice to change it up! This still has the same kind of energy which is good for all of the hours I spend in front of my computer!

Have an awesome week! Happy first day of spring! What do you jam out to on Pandora? I am always looking for new music to explore! Especially since it’s tax week for me…
