Last fall Katelyn and Jimmy tied the knot at Rockfield Manor! I wish I could hop in a time machine and go back to their wedding day. Jimmy and Katelyn definitely knew how to throw a good party! Second shooting is a great way to dip your toes into wedding photography and it’s how a lot of wedding photographer get their start. It gives you the opportunity to see everything it takes to shoot a wedding.  If you’re a photographer trying to get your foot in the door, second shooting is the perfect way to gain some understanding. I’ve been in the photography business for about 4 years now and I STILL love second shooting. No matter how much experience you have, you can still benefit from second shooting. I’ve also made some lifelong friends through second shooting. So today I’m sharing with you 3 reasons why I personally love second shooting!

Facebook Timehop, what a wonder you are! This morning you reminded me that exactly one year ago today Chris and I were running on about three hours of sleep and #allthecoffee!
