Walking in a winter wonderland…or at least that’s what Autumn and Garrett were hoping for!! Autumn had her heart set on being surrounded by snowflakes for her February wedding. But mother nature had other plans! The couple was blessed with lots of sunshine and warm temperatures in the 70s. It was the kind of weather all my summer brides are praying for!

Monday is here, again! Crazy how that keeps happening! Getting the blog out a little earlier than usual today because we’re all headed to the zoo! It’s spring break for Brody this week and we have something planned for almost ever day! I can already tell I’m going to need a nap…

Oh friends, the time has come! Since today is 4 months since Chris and I got married, I figured it was a perfect excuse to share some of our wedding photos! I have shared a few here and there but today’s the day! I tried not to pick too many… but you can be the judge of that! 😉

Each time I go back to this gallery, I fall totally in love with this wedding all over again! Billy and Emily wanted to give their wedding guests a taste of Baltimore. They chose a warm September evening to get married on the top of Federal Hill. Overlooking the Inner Harbor, they said the vows with their closest family and friends nearby. Park-goers looked on during the ceremony and cheered when they were pronounced man and wife!

Today I am sharing a gorgeous wedding from the summer! I worked with Amanda Summers Photography at Peter and Erin’s wedding at Walker’s Overlook in Frederick. Peter and Erin had a classic wedding with a rustic touch at this gorgeous venue. I’ve posted plenty of photos and revealed the reason I was sobbing behind my camera that day!

Now that January is halfway through, many couples have started planning their wedding and photography is almost always at the top of the list. I wish I had a great excuse for my absence here on the blog, but it’s as simple as LIFE. Fall was absolutely crazy- a ton of weddings, engagements, families, and oh yeah- I got married, too! Planning a wedding during the craziest wedding season I’ve had was insane!

It’s Monday! No… wait, it’s Tuesday. But it feels like Monday. I’m confused. My brain doesn’t know what day it is at all! I was convinced yesterday was Sunday, but that would have meant that I had two Sundays, a Saturday, and a Friday this weekend. I have no idea what’s going on. Where am I? What day is it? Who are you? I kid, I kid! Because yesterday was Labor Day, I tried not to work too hard so I held off my Monday blogging until today!

We had a blast at their engagement session from the dogs, to the time I smacked myself in the face with my camera and went home with a fat lip, to the epic field that was the final backdrop for their engagement session.
