Lindsay and Lance celebrated their wedding at Nonantum Farm in Landenberg, PA in May. This charismatic couple truly have an incredible bond – their ‘in-between’ moments were just as, if not more, sweet and romantic than their actual portraits! They’re a perfect match for each other, and that showed throughout their wedding.
I had an instant connection with this couple when we met! Our first meeting was like the best first date you could ever go on and I just KNEW that I had to be a part of this wedding! We bonded over our favorite TV shows, our love of dogs, tattoos, and our Converse shoes. It was a match made in heaven!
Lindsay and Lance are adventure seekers. They love traveling and exploring. They’re also dog parents to Rico who was terribly missed at the wedding (his nerves would have gotten the best of him) but I know received lots of snuggles when they got home!
Am I fan-girling over these two? YUP! Am I ashamed of it? NOPE! They’re bubbly, charismatic, and go-with-the-flow personalities made my job so easy!
I loved every little detail of Lindsay and Lance’s wedding day. They shared one of the sweetest first looks I’ve photographed. Lance couldn’t get enough of his gorgeous bride! He did have a few surprises for her! Most days you’ll find Lance sporting a pair of glasses and a slightly unruly beard, but since this was a special occasion, he really stepped it up 😉
Lindsay wore a long veil that matched perfectly with her vintage lace dress, and because the wind was on our side that day, made for epic bridal portraits! Her bridesmaids wore ivory dresses with light blue pashminas and carried bouquets with greenery and purple accents. The delicate and light color scheme looked beautiful against the scenic background of the farm.
The wedding favors were cookbooks made by her mom, who was a chef, and during the reception, they danced the horah to honor her late father’s Jewish roots. And, instead of a wine ceremony during the wedding, they toasted bourbon. I love that idea! Instead of a cake, Lindsay and Lance opted for an ice cream truck for guests, which adults liked just as much, if not more, than the kids!
To end the night with a bang, Lindsay and Lance made a dramatic exit to a row of sparklers! It was the perfect moment to end an incredible night.
This wedding was a long time in the making. Lance and Lindsay have been together for years and have experienced so much together! I know that they will continue to travel the world and make even more memories. They took an extended Greek honeymoon and I can’t wait to take them to my favorite Greek restaurant to catch up and hear all about it!
