Family Portraits | Things to Consider!

Family portraits are such a blast, but they do require some planning beforehand to make the experience run smoothly! Here are the most important things to consider when booking a family portrait session…
- Turnaround time (especially if you’re taking your photos for a holiday or another special occasion)
- Schedule your session for at least 3 weeks before the photos are needed
- Plan ahead! My weekends book up incredibly quickly!
- Nap schedules
- If there are little ones, do they have nap schedules?
- If so, it’s always best to work around these!
- Snacks!!
- We all love snacks, but they’re especially helpful for the little ones
- Sometimes bribery is necessary 😉
- Outfit coordination
- Try your best to coordinate outfits without being too matchy-matchy
