NCR Trail Engagement Session with Jon and Stephanie (and Ginny!)

Stephanie and Jon are such an adventure-loving couple. They love being outdoors so much that for one of their first dates, they rode bikes on the NCR trail. Because of their history with the NCR trail, Stephanie and Jon decided to shoot their engagement photos there! We had a blast adventuring on the trail and capturing some amazing shots of Stephanie and Jon with their adorable Boston Terrier Ginny during the sunny fall afternoon. 

Die-hard O’s fans, Stephanie and Jon wanted to throw in a few shots of the two of them in their Orioles gear. And, of course, Stephanie wore her adorable vintage cowboy boots the entire day! I absolutely loved them paired with her wine-colored dress. 

I actually met Stephanie as a teenager in high school. With Hereford being such a small town, we coincidentally met our old English teacher on the NCR trail while we were searching for the perfect shots! 

I couldn’t get enough of Ginny – she had the best time exploring and posing for the camera. The four of us were so blessed with the perfect weather and warm lighting that complimented the green background of the NCR trail so well. I’m always so happy to luck out with perfect light, especially during the fall months. Being able to dress up in your coziest sweater and knee-high boots PLUS being able to frolic in the sun basically amounts to the perfect day.

I was so excited to begin working with Stephanie and Jon, who are hands down one of the best and easiest couples to share the wedding planning journey with! From their engagement photos to their wedding portraits at Lakeview Farms in Dover, Pennsylvania, the pair were as fun-loving and easy-going as the very first day I met them to discuss their wedding vision.
