Last fall on a brisk November day, Leslie, Dan, and I met at St. Mary’s College of Maryland to shoot their engagement session. I have to say, St. Mary’s College and Historic St. Mary’s City have so many picturesque areas that I would happily drive another half a day to shoot more sessions there! We were able to take photos on a dock at a secluded beach AND frolic through fields all in the same session. Great day, if you ask me!

Angie was my son Brody’s kindergarten teacher, so I knew that she and I would have a great connection from the start. I’m beyond excited for Angie and Russ’ wedding coming up in November!

So, I thought I’d share with you some of those decisions that turned out to be turning points for my business, and helped me enjoy being my own boss!

Macy and Dave celebrated their 2nd wedding anniversary in June, and I met with them to capture their anniversary photos at Hampton Mansion in Towson, MD! We spent a gorgeous summer day roaming the historic mansion and grounds, which turned out to be the perfect backdrop for Macy and Dave’s session!
This adorable couple and I had an instant connection, which may have had something to do with our mutual obsession with Gilmore Girls!
