If this next couple looks familiar, you aren’t mistaken. Jimmy and Katelyn were an ACP couple in 2016 and they contacted me for photos once they knew they were expecting. Their maternity session was at Liriodendron Mansion just last month. They are both healthcare workers and decided since this is their first child, they are going to wait until delivery to find out the gender. What a fun surprise!

Katelyn was 32 weeks pregnant during her session and I think this is a perfect timing. You’re pregnant “enough” to really show off your bump, but not too pregnant that you feel miserable during the session. However, it is always a great idea to plan for early deliveries, as you can’t take maternity photos after the baby comes! (But there’s always newborn sessions) 😉 Katelyn and Jimmy’s session went perfectly just prior to sunset. Check out a few of my favorites from their session below!
