Daniel and Lindsey’s Waterside Wedding in Federal Hill, Baltimore

I spent a lovely fall day in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore capturing the magic of Daniel and Lindsey’s classic wedding at the Star Spangled Banner Flag House Museum, right on the harbor. The sun was shining and the trees were turning beautiful colors for Lindsey and Dan’s big day! 

The details from Daniel and Lindsey’s wedding are fantastic. The navy accents in the color scheme popped against her ivory dress. And, I am absolutely in love with the pashminas for her girls, not to mention her own navy pashmina that we used for bride and groom portraits! While getting ready, Lindsey was still deciding on which veil she would wear down the aisle. In the end, we opted for a dramatic cathedral length because the aisle in the church was very long. 

The bridal party was such a fun group, and they were up for lots of creative posing in front of the water with the historic landmarks in the area, like an old canon! Lindsey’s brothers joined her bridesmaid group as bridesmaids, which was a super unique way to incorporate them into the bridal party. While we were shooting formal portraits, the bride and groom popped open a bottle of champagne and toasted the day with the group. It was such a fun way to celebrate their wedding day with their bridal party! 

I had a blast during Lindsey and Daniel’s reception. I even made friends with one of the little boys who was in attendance. He helped me edit their sneak peek photos and then we danced during the reception. One of my favorite details from their wedding was the English Candy Bar at the reception. Daniel is a golf pro, so he and Lindsey’s (super creative!) table place cards were made from miniature golf tees! Very Pinterest-worthy.
