Annapolis Engagement Session with Apollos and Nicole

With Christmas being right around the corner and winter officially in full swing, I’ve been reminiscing about summer and all of the great projects I worked on with clients on those sunny, warm days! One of my absolute favorites is my day in Annapolis with Apollos and Nicole.

Hands down, one of my favorite places to go for engagement sessions with clients is the small, quaint city of Annapolis. With its cobblestone streets, dockside views of the Chesapeake Bay and old, stately legislative buildings, it’s so easy to find beautiful spaces for the perfect engagement photos.

Apollos, Nicole and I had the best day scouting the streets of downtown Annapolis for gorgeous engagement shots! They met near the Annapolis courthouse, so it’s only fitting that we went there to take their engagement photos. The two of them have the most contagious smiles and constantly make each other laugh. They are super sweet and absolutely adorable together. Their natural chemistry made my job so easy! They were both so excited for the shoot and were excited to have a little bit of fun around the city.

We made it a point to incorporate a pair of handcuffs into Apollos and Nicole’s engagement photos to reference their adorable first date experience. They spent their first date handcuffed to each other during a trip to the Crime and Punishment Museum! What a unique first date story.

I am absolutely smitten with Apollos and Nicole’s outfits for their engagement photos. Nicole’s flowy floral maxi dress was the perfect choice for the beautifully warm summer day and paired so well with Apollos’s seersucker suit, which was such a cool wardrobe choice! They came 100% prepared with perfectly styled looks! Especially paired with the brick and ivory columns of the state buildings, they’re engagement images turned out perfect.
