Jessica and Jesse’s Pasadena Wedding

I’m absolutely in love with the stunning details of Jessica and Jesse’s wedding! The two were married this spring at Our Lady of the Chesapeake and Anchor Inn in Pasadena, Maryland. Jessica’s color palette was purple and ivory with gold and silver accents, which popped perfectly against the green and blue backdrop of Pasadena’s shorefront. I think Jessica’s floral hair piece deserves its own shout-out; it was absolutely gorgeous and incorporated the purple hue into her own look!

Jessica’s family played a big part in Jessica and Jesse’s wedding and was incorporated into so many aspects of the day. Jessica wore her late mother’s jewelry as her something blue/old/borrowed, which paired beautifully with her fit and flare lace dress and belt. And, her Aunt was her maid of honor and her sister was a bridesmaid. Even her two dogs, Chloe and Bailey, kept the girls’ company during their getting ready time!

Because the ceremony ended two hours before cocktail hour, we were able to spend plenty of time at Downs Park in Pasadena taking portraits of the bridal party and family. The group of groomsmen and bridesmaids was one of the most fun groups I’ve worked with, and were not afraid to get silly during portraits! My personal favorite – the shot of the bridal party showing off a little leg. Jessica’s flower girl, Honor, was the sweetest and most adorable little lady! She and her little flower crown stole the show.

During the reception at Anchor Inn, a lantern was lit to honor the memory of Jessica’s mother. I felt so honored to be a part of such a special day for Jessica and Jesse!
