When Angie reached out to me to shoot her engagement session with her fiance, Russ, I was instantly so excited to start working with them. Angie was my son Brody’s kindergarten teacher, so I knew that she and I would have a great connection from the start. I’m beyond excited for Angie and Russ’s wedding coming up in November!
As you can see from their engagement shots, Angie and Russ have a soft spot for tennis. Russ loves to play, and Angie jokes that she’s a little better at watching tennis than playing. They’re also proud Marylanders (those Natty Boh cufflinks are perfect!!). We paired the engagement ring with an “engagement watch” that Angie gave to Russ as a fun gift that he could wear while they were engaged while she wears her ring (super cute, right??). They also love Tervis tumblers, so they had to incorporate their Mr. and Mrs. tumblers into their session. In their spare time, Angie and Russ spend time with their families, go on adventures like taking vacations, exploring wineries or attending sports games, and work on updating their condo.
I just love how comfortable Angie and Russ are together, and how much it shows through in their engagement photos. I always focus on making engagement sessions as fun as possible and playing on the tennis courts and exploring definitely made this shoot a fun adventure!
