Another week has come and gone! Time speeds up when you’re an adult, that’s for sure! We had a busy week, and here’s why!

Valentine’s Day! We don’t go crazy, but we always have a little fun on holidays like these. We exchanged little gifts, cards, and chocolate (of course!). We made a delicious steak dinner with the absolute best steaks around from Roseda Farm. On big holidays we like to treat ourselves to a few steaks from the farm and we even received some as a wedding gift! I’m completely biased (I raised cattle! Betcha didn’t know that! One of my girls, Tink, lives on their farm now) but these really are the BEST steaks and beef available.

Chris’ birthday! He got finished work early so we went to our favorite Greek restaurant for a quick lunch, replaced our dishwasher (ugh!), and headed downtown for dinner. We’d never been to a Shake Shack before and OH MAN! was it amazing!

A new dishwasher! Adulting! Yay? Suddenly our dishwasher went kaput. There was no hope of it making a recovery so my father-in-law did a little shopping for me, we drove a mile down the road, and in less than 30 minutes had a new one loaded into my Jeep. I love this dishwasher as much as one can love a dishwasher and I’m glad it’s a part of our family.

Baltimore Blast! Chris wanted ticked to a Blast game for his birthday so that’s just what he got! The game was yesterday afternoon and even though the Blast didn’t win, we had a last! See what I did there 😉 Brody and I had never been to a professional soccer game before and it was a lot of fun!

And the weather! My goooooodnessss! Two days of 70-plus degrees in the middle of February? And on the weekend? Incredible! I shot my first 2017 wedding Saturday and the during the dinner blessing, we the minister lead us to give a round of applause to God for the weather! It was perfection!

Have an awesome week, friends! Looks like the weather is going to be fabulous by the end of the week!
