Baltimore Engagement Session | Rockfield Manor | Jimmy and Katelyn

Jimmy and Katelyn are starring on the blog today! When we met for our consultation, I knew I had to work with them! I really felt like our personalities clicked and I was so glad that they felt te same way. I was equally excited to hear that their wedding was going to be at the gorgeous Rockfield Manor. It’s such a beautiful location in Harford County with the most amazing gardens!

Jimmy and Katelyn both work in the healthcare field. Actually, if we could turn back time a few years, then I’m certain we all would have crossed paths! They’re also parents to a couple of four legged cuties. And once glance at their social media lets you know that they love to travel and spend time with their families. They’re active, adorable, and totally in love. Jimmy and Katelyn laughed, danced, and giggled all evening long. After our session had ended, they headed down Main Street for celebratory dinner and drinks. I always suggest that my couples make this in to a date night! No need to waste those great outfits!

Katelyn loved her wedding venue so much that she decided to have their engagement portraits taken there, too! Katelyn wore a sweet summery dress and Jimmy matched her perfectly. We did have to convince him to take off his FitBit, but I wore it to make sure all of those steps got counted! 😉 Sometimes you’ve just gotta go above and beyond for your clients! We picked the perfect day to shoot. The peonies were in full bloom, the evening sun was glowing, and the gardens were immaculate.

I am so looking forward to their wedding day! It’s only a little over a month away!
