Tidewater Inn Wedding with Caroline and Travis

The Tidewater Inn in Easton was the setting of Caroline and Travis’s classic and romantic wedding. I absolutely loved capturing their big day, especially with the lush greenery and brick background of the Inn. Even though the rain came, the day was absolutely perfect – and we managed to get some cute umbrella shots!

Caroline and Travis are such a wonderful couple. We live only a few minutes away from each other and share a mutual best friend, so it was very special to be able to work with the two of them as their wedding photographer. My longtime friend and bookkeeper Rachelle is a mutual friend who sang during their ceremony with her husband Jesse. During our initial consultation, we quickly became friends and I jokingly told Travis that he was my second favorite Travis – my favorite being my dog Travis.

Basically, Caroline and Travis had the best wedding ever. When the rain came after their ceremony, Travis and Caroline were totally up for playing in the rain! And their first look was the best moment. All of the small details of Caroline and Travis’s wedding perfectly tied everything together. I absolutely loved the soft pinks the bridesmaids wore along with Caroline’s flowy gown. They even had an ice cream bar at their reception! And it was extra cute that they were married on the same day as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle!
