I met Katelynne and Jacob at Piney Run Park in Carroll County for their engagement session last fall. We were blessed by mother nature and had the most beautiful weather and stunning sunset for their session! I was thrilled when Katelynne called me what seems like years ago to book her wedding. She was so sweet and easy to talk to- I felt like I made an instant friend with her. It’s really important to me that I can make a personal connection with my clients. I don’t want brides to feel like I’m just a photographer! I want my couples to feel like I’m a friend of theirs who just happens to be a great photographer 😉 

When I met Jacob and Katelynne at their engagement session, I could instantly tell that they’re soulmates! They met while they attended Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania. They were both working on the same baseball team and Jacob saw something special in Katelynne. It took her a little while to finally let him take her out on a date, but I’d be willing to bet that it was worth the wait! Their June wedding is right around the corner and they’re getting pretty excited. Jacob and Katelynne invited all their friends from college to celebrate their special day. It’ll be a mini college reunion at their wedding!  Sounds like a good photo op to me! They’ve got a bunch of fun things planned for that night and I can’t wait to see it all together.

Jacob and Katelynne are so happy they are starting a life together. Surprisingly, most of their relationship has been a long distance relationship. Jacob was a few hours away from Katelynne at school and then she had an internship in Louisiana for a few months! But Jacob and Katelynne didn’t let distance hinder their love for each other. Now they’re getting ready to move in together and get married! Katelynne also just became a doctor, congratulations!!
